Used Parts Return Policy

Items purchased from Jetski Parts & Spares may be returned for a refund (excluding shipping charges) for up to 14 days after the date of shipment. Items must be returned in the condition in which they were received, open items will be accepted only if all the original components are included. This policy does not apply to any item that has been installed, used or rented. Damaged or defective items must be documented as such by the returns department prior to returning to be accepted for credit. All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee which will be deducted from the refund.

New OEM & New Aftermarket Parts

Because the New Parts we offer are 'special order' items, we charge customer's credit card when a order is placed. We must then order the products we do not have in stock from the manufacturer or supplier. These parts are special order parts and there are absolutely no returns on NEW PARTS from the manufacturer.

Electronic Parts

There are no warranties for electronic parts new or used. Electronic parts may not be returned for a refund. Our electronics return policy is the same when compared to other powersports and automotive parts stores. All Electronic parts sales are final, ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL PARTS!


Packaging Returns

You are responsible for the return of the merchandise to us be sure to properly package your item(s) in order to prevent damage in shipping. We will not accept returns or refunds if they are damaged when they are shipped back to our facility. Jet Ski Parts Inc. recommends using an insured carrier with a reliable tracking system to return your merchandise, and to please insure your package for the worth of the goods. Please retain the tracking number in the event of any loss or damage during shipping. We are not responsible for any goods lost or damaged in transit to our facility. Please allow 48 hours upon confirmation of receipt of goods for us to process your return. The appropriate refund will be generated and returned in the same manner in which the original payment was received, normally within 5-7 business days.
